Cute & Affordable Bridesmaids Gifts

When it comes to planning weddings, you can’t forget about the ones who took the time to help you make the day successful. I had to give my bridesmaids something to show my appreciation.

I love giving gifts so it was important to me that I give my bridesmaids something they would get the most use out of even after the wedding was over. I had seen the personalized Bridesmaids boxes and trinkets for bridesmaids, but I decided to make the gift a personal one. I wanted to put a lot of thought into their gift. I came up with the idea to take makeup bags and fill them with items they would need for the wedding day. This was an easy way for me to give a gift, but also stay inside my budget. They turned out to be super cute.

Surprisingly enough, one day on a target run...their dollar section was filled with wedding decor and the like. I found just what I needed to complete my idea and make it a cute one. They had cosmetic bags that were the perfect size and had the words Bridesmaids and Bride etched into the bag. They were pink, super cute, and I just knew they would love them just as much as I did. I couldn’t resist getting them. Furthermore, it was sturdy enough for them to continue using even after the wedding if they chose too.

Each makeup bag was filled with the following items:

  1. A cute cup holder that had the words “Team Bride” written on it. (Target)

  2. Nail polish to compliment their skin tone and their dress.

  3. A travel size Carol’s Daughter Leave-In Conditioner (Target)

  4. E.L.F. Cosmetics Lip Scrub (Target)

  5. E.L.F. Cosmetics lipstick combo (Target)

  6. A Facial Mask to relax them and make their skin glow (Target)

  7. A bracelet that had Bridesmaid engraved on it (Bridal Club)

  8. A Bride Tribe Sash (Only those who were attending the Bridal Shower got this in their bag) (Hobby Lobby)

To top of the gift I got for the girls, I gave each one of them a robe for them to keep. I had the option to personalize them, but I chose not too. I decided to leave them blank so that they could personalize them later. I purchased their robes from Bridesmaids World online. My sister and I also did their makeup for the wedding so they wouldn’t have to pay for anything extra.

There are numerous places where you can purchase gifts for your bridesmaids. You don’t actually have to purchase anything tangible, pay for their makeup for the day. Anything to say thank you for dedicating your time and money to help make my wedding day a special one.

What did you give your bridesmaids as a wedding gift?
