HPOW: Design Essentials Hydrate Leave-In Hydrating Conditioner

Hello Blog lovers!! I know.. I haven't posted a Hair Product of the Week in FOREVER!! gigglesm but I'm trying to catch up. This product that I'm going to share with you guys is an AWESOME product. It's not because it belongs to my favorite salon brand family (coughs* Design Essentials), but since I've been using this conditioner for the past 10 months (yeah it's been ten months and I'm just now sharing, forgive me for keeping it a secret for this long), I've seen a huge difference in my hair. The product that I'm referring to is the Design Essentials Hydrate Leave in Conditioner. I was first introduced to this "magic in a bottle" after my Design Essentials Holiday Make-over.  I have been using it ever since. It only takes about a dime sized amount for my hair (root to tip) and it leaves my hair soft, shiny, and manageable. I love combining this with my other leave-in conditioners (to be discussed later) and I absolutely love how it makes my hair feel, especially when it feels dry ( My hair has it's moments). Since it's getting cold, this product is something that you should purchase to use during the winter months.
Stats
DESIGN ESSENTIALS® HYDRATE LEAVE-IN HYDRATING CONDITIONER is a cream based leave-in conditioner that revitalizes and moisturizes dry thirsty hair.
  • Botanical extracts instantly softens and moisturizes hair that is extremely dry and brittle
  • Quickly penetrates the cuticle and delivers moisture to prevent hair breakage
  • Leaves a brilliant shine on the hair
  • Ideal for dry or coarse hair
  • Can be used weekly or on dry hair in between shampoos
  • Detangles on contact

  • I can honestly say that I have experienced all of the above with this product. There is an immediate softness to my hair after it's been distributed from root to tip and it feels even softer after it's been dried. I think this product is a product that I will keep on hand to use at all times after I shampoo my hair. I have not used this on my hair in a dry state, but  I'm sure the results will be the same. This product doesn't leave a residue on the hair,, but I wouldn't recommend using more than a dime sized amount (to avoid any possible build up, if there is any). The longer your hair of course you can use more. Keep in mind that a little goes a long way. This product can be used on both relaxed and natural hair, great for any hair types.
