This weeks Hair Tool of the Week is the Helen of Troy Hot Shot Tools Hair Dryer. So as we all know hair appliances have life spans as do most appliances. This past Saturday I decided that I wanted to do a blow out on my own hair. I had been watching youtube videos on the topic and I picked up a few things. So I was stuck in a dilemma in Sally's on Saturday. I wanted a hair dryer for the time being that would be great but affordable.
