Leaps of Faith: What Happens When you Finally Let Go!

This year thus far has been transformative and defining to say the least. I’ve found that when you step into your purpose, it becomes a life changing experience. I felt led to do something different and challenging at the start of the year. I felt deep down it was time to start taking leaps of faith towards my business and more importantly my passion. In order to do that I had to get busy and I mean busy...busy. I had already done all the planning for what seemed like years, but I had never gotten up and fully executed. It wasn’t until this year that I made the decision to get busy.

What I learned over the past 9 months is what James 2:17 really means. Your faith not only becomes effective, but it grows bigger than before. The key is action. I’ve seen that if I just do the small things to put my faith in action great things will happen.

As we enter into the year 2020 I am prepared now more than ever to do greater things. I now understand fully what the journey of faith is all about. You can do great things when you execute. I understand completely how fear can take over and prevent you from executing. This is why it’s important to do what needs to be done to silence fear.

Never get comfortable with what is going on around you now. When your purpose awakens, you will find yourself in some uncomfortable places. You will find yourself in uncharted territory. It can be a scary thing. I allowed my faith to grow big enough in previous seasons that it was able to carry me outside my comfort zone. When I look back at the things I’ve actually produced outside of my comfort zone, I’m amazed.

I simply want to encourage you to take huge leaps of faith. The kind that will have you scratching your head in confusion, because you can’t believe you actually did it. There shouldn’t be anymore excuses left to give. Take the leap and trust that God will carry you through to the other side of what you envisioned.
